110 hectares of appellation Bordeaux, with an additional 40 hectares located in the Graves region. An estate that has been HEV certified since 2018, a certification that takes into account biodiversity preservation, phytosanitary strategy, fertilization management, and water resource management.
After completing an alcoholic fermentation in tank, the wine spends its malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The barrels are renewed by thirds each year, barrels are used for 3 years before being replaced. A method that is a tried and true method to maturing a classic Bordeaux red wine.
